I have tried unregistering the mscomct2.ocx file in the c: windows syswow64 folder and hen copying over the corresponding file from the 'working system' into the folder and registering that file, but it still picks it up as SP6 rather than SP4. They are unable to use the spreadsheets with the macros for the date picker as they receive an error “Object library invalid or contains references to object definitions that could not be found” Colleagues using the same setup with Microsoft MonthView Control 6.0 (SP4) are fine and don't get the error and the macros work fine.
